Our partners are local fishermen who passionately collect your delicacies from the Aegean Sea every day in order to satisfy you and offer you an enjoyable vacation.
Three Dishes of our Own:
In winter our fish soup is a must, and of course our trademark, the sun-dried octopus.
For atherines we have three versions, we fry them plain, with onion and finally as a pie, the Chian atherin pie which is also called begot.
