The history of Georgoulis Farm begins generations before our great-grandparents and continues until today by us as the 6th generation. In 2016 we created the cheese factory of Georgoulis Farm “Tou Tsopanis” in Lagada, Chios, by Yiannis Georgoulis and his wife Popi. There we modernized the history of the family. After 2 years, their daughter Despina takes over and then their son Vasilis, constituting the 6th generation of breeders of the family.
The animals of the farm are free-range and feed on the purest produced by nature itself, resulting in all the aromas of the mountain passing into milk. The family’s goal was the vertical integration of the unit and the use exclusively of our own milk production to create high quality cheese products without preservatives.
