It is produced and bottled in the Chios microbrewery, one of the first microbreweries in Greece.

On a small ground floor under a house, with a lot of passion we made the first recipe of FRESH CHIOS BEER, which made its appearance in the local market in 2012 and was soon found in the largest cities in Greece.

After embracing our initial effort, we continued to try harder, we maintained the good quality of the product we created Smoked Robust Porter (our black), the BBQ (our smoker), the Wheat mastic (with mastic that from the first moment you asked us) and the India Pale Ale (our last beer).

Time passed and the demand for local beer was growing….

So we started the search for a bigger space that will be able to house our equipment and ideas comfortably.

We are now in the area of Vaviloi (just outside the city of Chios)
